When you hire a family law or probate attorney, you are seeking help with an important and sensitive matter affecting your life.
I believe that my job is to be your guide to help you navigate these difficult situations and achieve a positive result.
That role begins right here with this website. Visit the link for the ETX Family Law University in the menu above.
The ETX Family Law University includes dozens of articles with useful information on divorce and other family law topics.
There are hundreds of lawyers in East Texas and I know it is difficult for clients to tell what makes one lawyer different from another.
While I can’t tell you about the other attorneys, I can tell you three reasons why I believe my firm is different.
Trust. Communication. Customer Service.
Trust and Communication.
Trust and communication are the two most important factors in the attorney-client relationship.
I work hard to earn your trust from the moment you first contact my firm. This means doing what I tell you I am going to do and getting it done in the time frame I give you. This means explaining the legal process and what you can expect to happen in your case so there are minimal surprises.
I get to know each and every one of my clients personally. I handle each and every matter from opening to close. If I cannot answer, I will return your call or e-mail promptly, usually within a few hours.
I respect the fact that clients trust me with some of the most important events in their lives and I will not abuse that trust.
Customer Service.
My firm focuses on customer service by responding promptly to client needs and leveraging technology to make sure I provide the most efficient service possible to my clients.
You have enough going on in your life and with your business. The more convenience I can provide to you during your legal matter the less stress it will add to your life.
I use an online client portal system that allows clients to review documents and notes on their matter at any time as well as stay up to date on important dates and deadlines in their case.
